Items are made to order; expected delivery may take 4-8 weeks. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.
We provide a one-month (30 day) return window starting from the day your product arrives for orders sent to locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally at the moment. In the U.S., products can be returned for a refund, credit in-store, or a different item, provided they are in a resellable state and returned within the one-month period. The return must also include all original packaging and any complimentary gifts.
The cost and duration of shipping are determined by the service level selected during checkout and are reliant on the chosen shipping carrier. For orders within the U.S., we primarily utilize FedEx, while international orders are shipped through either FedEx or DHL.
You have the option to send back your item within a month of its arrival. Ensure that the items are in undamaged condition upon receipt.
