Absolutely, you can certainly send your purchased item to a different shipping address than your billing address. We just need to ensure we have the correct addresses when placing the order to ensure a smooth delivery process. However, please be advised that a different and Shipping address can lengthen our Identity Verification process.
Every purchase from Auriga comes with an industry-approved appraisal that details the specifications of the piece, including an image of the piece, gold/diamond carats, gram weight, and diamond clarity and color. This document can be filed with your insurance provider in case the piece is lost or stolen. We offer a full money-back guarantee on our merchandise if, for whatever reason, you determine that what you received was incorrect.
While great jewelry does take time to craft, if the piece is ready to go, we can certainly arrange for it to be overnighted with FedEx. For more detailed shipping information, please refer to our FAQ page.
To determine if a pendant and chain will fit one another, we recommend reviewing the images on each item page. We provide images of each item next to a ruler, which will allow you to see the exact measurements of the bale on a pendant and compare that number with the width of the chain. However, to be safe, it's best to leave a NOTE on your order for our production staff to ensure that the pendant fits the chain.
Yes, your purchase does come with a warranty. Most items are covered by a warranty for
manufacturing defects (not improper use) for one year. For more detailed information, please refer to our FAQ page.

Custom Orders

This ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources and craftsmanship to create a piece that truly reflects your unique vision.

Are you on a strict timetable, or do you have some flexibility to allow for this process to be done right? At Auriga, we believe in reaching for the impossible. When it comes to custom projects, our focus is on creating something truly special and unique within the budget you feel is realistic. While there may be jewelers who can create a custom piece at a lower cost, at Auriga, we pride ourselves on our world-class team that crafts custom pieces for high-profile VIPs. We may not be the lowest price for a custom piece, but if having a true work of art is important to you, that is what we excel at with Auriga customs.
Once your order for a photo pendant has been verified and sent to production, a member of our team will reach out to you to guide you through the process of sending us your photo. If you haven't been contacted after 5 business days (Monday-Friday), please feel free to contact our service department, and they will be more than happy to assist you. Please note that any specific instructions for your Custom Project will be included in your Custom Project Agreement.

Placing an Order
At Auriga, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. For those who prefer to pay over time, we also offer financing through Affirm.
Once you place an order with Auriga, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account will be organized under this email address, and you will progress through different levels of membership, gaining access to special offers and discounts as you build your collection with us. We love to show appreciation to our most loyal customers!
Accessing your Auriga account is straightforward. After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique 6-digit order number. You can log in to aurigajewelry.com using your email as the login and your zip code (on file for your billing address) as the password. If you ever have trouble logging in, please follow the RESET PASSWORD prompt or email verify@aurigajewelry.com.
If you're referring to our Finance option, you'll need to log in to your dedicated account with Affirm. Once a finance order has been made through our eCommerce store, the finance company pays for the total amount of your jewelry, and we treat it as a normal transaction on our side.
While we do not offer a traditional layaway program, we do offer a similar option for select
made-to-order items. This allows you to make two payments, similar to a custom project. However, there may be an additional fee for this service due to the non-streamlined nature of the labor. We also offer a popular finance option through Affirm.
Yes, we do! If you want to receive your item now and make payments over time, we offer financing through Affirm. Once you fill out the application with Affirm and make the first payment, Affirm covers the price of the entire piece for you, and Auriga will produce and ship the item as if you had paid in full in cash.
With financing through Affirm, we provide an estimate of the payment you'll need to make each month directly through Affirm. Once a finance purchase is completed, you make your payments directly through their system, not to Auriga.
Yes, you can use a Pre-Paid Debit Card at Auriga, although we don't recommend this. One reason is that it can make your identity verification process longer. Also, for customers who decide to cancel an order, Auriga only returns funds back to the original card used for a purchase. If you're considering using a Pre-Paid Debit Card, we suggest getting a PayPal Debit Card instead, as this is a more reliable and predictable service.
If there is no other option to make payment, Auriga can accept a payment by Money Order. However, this will be the longest method in regards to time because you will have to ship the Money Order to our office, we will have to receive this through our Shipping Department, deposit the funds and verify that the Money Order was accepted by our bank before we can proceed with producing your order.
Auriga does not accept payment by personal or business checks. However, we can use all of the same account and routing information from a check to process your payment by bank wire transfer.
Yes, you can pay with cash if you visit our New York offices. Please be advised that sales tax will be factored into the final price of your order.
Yes, this is possible, but it will likely take the full time needed for verification (usually 3 business days). It's also a good idea not to change a shipping address multiple times on a jewelry order, as the shipment could be flagged by our third party for anti-fraud. As long as you can provide proof of identity that matches the records with the payment system, this shouldn't be a problem.
Verification
At Auriga, we take the security of our customers very seriously. That's why we have a process called "Verification." This process ensures that the payment method used matches the name linked to your banking information and address. We use a third-party service that uses a computer algorithm and AI to assist us in this process. If you receive a request for additional materials like a Photo ID and an image of the Payment Card used, don't be alarmed. This is a standard procedure we follow with all first-time and often returning customers. Without Verification, we cannot secure insurance for your package, so cooperation in this process is essential.
If funds were returned to your account, it's possible that we were unable to complete the Verification process for your order. Please check your email inbox for any additional messages from us regarding this matter. If you need further assistance, please email verify@aurigajewelry.com.
I am a returning customer! Sometimes, our third-party identity verification service requests additional documentation due to changes in your banking information or payment card. This is a standard part of our Verification process and helps us ensure the security of all transactions. We understand it's an extra step, but it's a crucial one that helps protect you and others in the long run.
To submit your materials for Verification, simply place your Payment Card on a table, then place your Photo ID on top, ensuring that the Name and Last 4 Digits of the Payment Card are visible. This allows us to see your Photo, Name, Address, Last 4 Payment Card Digits, and Name on the Payment Card, which is all we need to verify your identity for your purchase with Auriga.
Production
At Auriga, we are inspired by the finest argentium silver, upper-carat gold, diamonds, and our popular ceramic jewelry inspired by the Greek Cycladic islands like Mikonos and Santorini.
At Auriga, we start with the best metals, stones, and glass materials. We strive to source reclaimed precious metals and stones and abide by the Kimberly Process for our diamonds to ensure they come from non-conflict areas. We also continually update our packaging design to incorporate recycled materials. We understand that the climate is important to our customers, and it's important to us as well.
The production time for your piece depends on the type of item. Ready-made items will ship within 1-3 business days based on our Verification process. Made-to-order items can take up to 15 business days. Full Custom work can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. We will communicate the timeline to you while collaborating with our Design team.
At Auriga, we focus most of our attention on our unique Factory Collection. For some of the more affordable items on the site, we collaborate with outside manufacturers to bring curated designs to life. All Auriga pieces are subject to the same strict quality standards.
The weight of a piece of jewelry can vary due to the different metals used in the alloy. For example, 10K gold is 42% pure 24K gold, and could contain any number of combinations of metals for the remaining 52%. It’s the same case with 14K gold that is 58% pure gold in the alloy. Any gold item purchased from Auriga will clearly note the Gold Carat Weight on your appraisal to be filed with insurance.
When it comes to gram weight, the best any jeweler can do is give an estimation. This is because the other metals in the alloy can influence the final weight of the piece. You can make the same piece five times and come out with five different gram weight values due to the varying combinations of metals in the alloy.
Gold carats refer to the percentage of pure gold in an alloy. For example, 10K gold is 42% pure 24K gold, and 14K gold is 58% pure gold. The remaining percentage is made up of other metals like nickel, silver, copper, or tungsten. Any gold item purchased from Auriga will clearly note the Gold Carat Weight on your appraisal to be filed with insurance. Auriga sells mainly 18K gold, but in some items, we choose to use 14K to make our beautiful jewelry accessible.
To meet high demand, Auriga does make many of the chains available on our online store. However, we also partner with reputable businesses in Italy, India, or China to manufacture some of our chains.
Our design philosophy at Auriga focuses on high-quality materials. We are most inspired by
high-quality argentium silver, upper-carat gold, diamonds, and our unique Ceramic jewelry. We like to think a customer can get 10k gold and lower anywhere, but there is a special combination of styles and materials only found here at Auriga.
At Auriga, we only sell completed items with the best materials available to us. While you are free to modify a piece once it's in your hands, we advise against it as it could damage the piece and void any warranties.
Quality Control & Appraisal
Yes, with each purchase, Auriga provides a receipt, warranty card, and an in-house appraisal that you can use to secure insurance with a third-party provider. We recommend Jeweler’s Mutual.
If you lose or misplace your original appraisal, we recommend working with a third-party jewelry appraiser to replace the document. Please contact concierge@aurigajewelry.com within 14 days of purchase if there is an issue with your order's appraisal.
Unfortunately, we can only send out an Appraisal at the time we ship the item. If there is something wrong with the Appraisal, we need to know within the first 14 days that the item is delivered. If you let us know within that window, we can replace an Appraisal, otherwise, you’ll have to pay for a third-party Jewelry appraisal.
Auriga does not offer insurance. However, you can secure a policy with a third-party provider like Jeweler’s Mutual.
Yes, all pieces made by Auriga come with a one-year warranty that guarantees the item will be free of manufacturing defects. If there is a problem with your piece and our quality inspection reveals a manufacturing error, we will replace the piece and cover the shipping back to you.
Auriga does not offer in-house insurance. You have the option of opening an Insurance Policy at your own discretion with the provider of your choosing. Most major Insurance Companies that have policies available for Rental Insurance have the option available to add in a bundle to your existing file with a Jewelry Policy.
If you still have your original Order # and other Account information, we will have to confirm identity and proof of purchase. Please contact concierge@aurigajewelry.com - they will be able to help.
Shipping
If your package hasn't arrived, please file a Lost Package Report with the shipping service. Once you have your Ticket # from the shipping service, email it to us at concierge@aurigajewelry.com. This will allow us to assist you more effectively by liaising directly with the shipping service. We will also reach out to you directly once we receive this Ticket #.
We generally use FedEx for domestic shipping, and most items come with free shipping. For international orders, we use DHL. Please note that depending on the laws of your country/region,there may be additional duty fees for precious materials.
Online jewelry purchases require an additional step: ID Verification. This anti-fraud process, which protects both our customers and our business, takes 1-3 business days. Once the order is verified, we ship with FedEx for domestic orders and DHL for international orders. Our standard shipping is free 2-day shipping, but we can upgrade you to overnight shipping for an additional charge.
Yes, you can change your shipping address. Please provide the new address exactly as it appears on official Post Office documents. Please note that due to our anti-fraud measures, we may need to re-verify your identity if you change your shipping address.
A tracking number for your package will be automatically emailed to you at the time of shipment. For made-to-order items, the tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is ready to be shipped.
Yes, due to the value of the items we ship, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it can be picked up at the FedEx facility.
Generally, shipping providers will allow you to pick up an item at their facility, if you can provide the proper ID. Be advised that our insurance is only going to allow the person whose name is on the order AND can provide an ID with the same Shipping Address as the order. In other words, you can’t send a friend to pick up your jewelry at a FedEx facility. It has to be you with a good ID in hand.
If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be redelivered up to three times. If it is not received after these attempts, the item will be returned to our store. You will need to pay for shipping again, but we will reach out to you to plan the best way to get the item to you.
Yes, all items are automatically insured against theft or damage during shipping.
If your package is stolen during shipping, please file a police report and a Lost Package Report with the shipping provider. Email both the Police Report # and Lost Package Report # to us at concierge@aurigajewelry.com, and we will assist you in expediting your insurance claim.
Yes, you can generally pick up your item at the shipping provider's facility if you provide the proper ID. However, our insurance only allows the person whose name is on the order and who can provide an ID with the same shipping address as the order to pick up the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot waive duty fees. These fees are determined by your government and are beyond our control.
Return/Exchange/Refund
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer either a refund or an exchange. We want you to be delighted with your Auriga piece, so if you choose to exchange it for something you love, we'll waive any restocking fees.
We can certainly process a refund for you, although some of our items do have a restocking fee. If there is a defect in the item, there is no restocking fee. However, if you're open to finding another piece you love, we can do an exchange and waive the restocking fee.
We understand your concern and can process a refund for you. Please note that as an exclusive boutique jeweler, our pieces are in high demand and great jewelry takes time. If you no longer wish to wait, we can initiate the refund process. It generally takes 7-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your bank. Would you like us to proceed with the refund?
If your order is canceled before it leaves our facility, we won't charge a restocking fee. However, if the item has been shipped, we do have to charge a restocking fee to cover the time spent by our team in preparing your order. If you're open to finding a replacement item you love, we won't charge are stocking fee for an exchange.
Currently, we only offer trade-ins for rare collectors or vintage pieces. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, sales from Auriga are final after 30 days.

Repair
At Auriga, we offer repair services exclusively for items purchased from us. To initiate a repair, please reach out to our service team via email or phone. Typically, you'll need to ship the item to us. Once we receive it, we'll assess the damage and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the repair work and its cost. We'll only commence the repair after receiving your payment and approval. Please note that we don't offer free shipping for repairs unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect on our end.
The cost of your repair will be determined based on the specific nature of the damage and the required repair work. We'll provide you with a written cost estimate before starting any work, and we'll only proceed with your expressed approval.
The timeline for your repair will depend on the specific requirements of your piece. We'll provide you with an estimated completion date before we begin any work.
While we have a deep appreciation for watches, we currently do not offer watch parts or conduct watch repairs, including selling replacement batteries.

You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our New York office.
